The more details you provide, the better we can tailor our services to your needs. Feel free to attach pictures, sketches, or any relevant documents. Remember, the more we know about your existing home, the better the outcome for your project. If you have old plans, surveys, or easements, now’s the time to dig them out!
Step 2 : Let's Connect
Once we receive your form and understand where we are on your journey, we’ll reach out to discuss your vision further and if it is the right time we will set up a face-to-face onsite meeting. This is where we align our expertise with your ideas.
Step 3 : Discovering Your Dream
For a minimal fixed fee, you’ll gain access to our concept and budgetary review services. This step involves an in-depth consultation, site visit, and preliminary feasibility assessment. We’ll explore cost-saving measures, and innovative solutions, and craft a concept that’s both realistic and perfectly aligned with your lifestyle. Note: This fee is typically deducted from the cost of the full documentation set.
Step 4 : Bringing Your Vision to Life
Our talented designers will transform your ideas into a comprehensive set of plans. Once these are to your satisfaction, Glenn, our director and builder, will provide a detailed proposal, including all costs based on your approved design. We pride ourselves on offering a full turn-key service, handling all compliance and planning approvals on your behalf.
Step 5 : Setting the Foundations
With a clear contract in place, you’ll have a fixed price for your project, a transparent timeline, and a specified completion date. No surprises, just clarity.
Step 6 : Elevate Your Home
The construction phase begins. As your dream second storey takes shape, Glenn remains at your side, ready to address any queries. We also schedule regular meetings, ensuring you’re always in the loop.
Step 7 : Welcome to Your New Space
Once construction is complete, it’s time to enjoy your beautiful first-floor addition. But our commitment doesn’t end there. We offer free maintenance visits for the first three months. Plus, our workmanship is backed by a 6-year guarantee on structural items, insured by HSBC. We’re so confident in our high standards that we also provide a 10-year warranty on the structure we’ve built, ensuring it not only meets but exceeds Australian standards.
